An absolutely great hotel with very welcoming employees on check-out. One of the best continental breakfasts with pancakes and bacon. Good location, in the center of town.

Had a great time. The venue was great, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the location was ideal just next door to the center of town, restaurant and somewhere around Holbrook. I was pleased with brand-new and clean room, which was complete with A/C and the sofa, for instance. A microwave oven and a fridge where nice. Highly courteous staff, who gave me awesome suggestions.

The clerk was very friendly and the room was nice for the price. The restaurant was fantastic for both dinner and breakfast.
The only complaint is the water smells.

The room was brand-new and fairly quiet, equipped with a sofa and A/C. The staff was excellent and cooperative during check-out. The location was decent and ideal, being close to the National Park. It was convenient that the Roxy Theater was only a 10-15 minutes walk away.

The bed was comfortable,and breakfast at next door cafe was very good value.
No plugs in sink or bath and although good value the hotel needs renovating.

It's location about half an hour from the Petrified Forest. The room was clean and bed comfy. It came with breakfast which was good but we added to it as quite basic. Had free wi-fi
Shabby, place need renovating, re-wiring (you had to unplug the fridge to use the microwave) . The shower head was at eye level and pretty poor dribble came out of it.

The room is amazingly comfortable and comes with A/C and a sofa. Very welcoming personnel are on check-out. The hotel has a nice restaurant for breakfast.

breakfast was good
bathroom floor was dirty. two light fixtures didn't work (weren't plugged in and one didn't work even after it was plugged in and a new bulb was tried). refrigerator wasn't cold when I got there, despite reservation. pillowcases hadn't been changed (yuck!). located practically on the train track crossing for freight trains blowing horn all night. towels were like sandpaper and "bath" towels tiny.

Place smelled bad, drain in sink didn't work well.... Towels and wash clothes were dingy. Place assigned for breakfast wasn't even open.
